There’s no business like show business when it comes to time whizzing by. We’re always planning recordings and productions a year or more down the line, then suddenly they’re happening. It doesn’t seem that long ago we were writing Save The Last Dance For Me and Birds of a Feather for the theatre, but we’re already getting  dates through for the second tour of both productions.

Last Dance opens in Newcastle at the end of January 2013. The next few dates are Derby, Aberdeen, Tunbridge Wells and Edinburgh. A fair bit of travel involved there for the cast and company! Birds takes wing in Coventry, at the end of February. Then they’ll visit Cardiff, Southend and Eastbourne, before heading off to Scotland for three weeks, which is great, because Scottish fans of Birds of a Feather were miffed not to be included first time round.
